Embroidery
Embroidering your logo is a fantastic way to get the biggest impact for a coloured logo on textiles. If you are looking to re-brand or create a uniform an embroidered logo can be a great way to unite the different items needed, from Baseball caps and Bags, to Polo shirts and Trousers there is a wide range of scope.
Embroidery charges are calculated by the number of stitched required to complete the design. If the design is large or includes lots of detail then it is likely to require more stitches and time making it a little more than straight forward text. Embroidery works well for School Crests, Club Emblems and Company Logo’s.
We are also happy to embroider items that you already own, this is a great way of adding a new distributor for example without having to purchase a whole new range of clothing.
Screen Printing
This technique is best suited to longer print runs where Garments are all printed with the same details. This method works by making a template that allows the Ink to pass through the correct shape to achieve the print you require. We can print up to 8 spot colours in 1 position, dependent on the artwork.
Heat Transfers
These fall into two categories, light and dark. For light garments a full colour transfer is digitally printed and applied using a heat press. This process is Ideal for cheap “weekend away” shirts. No set up cost and an impressive result.
For dark garments the images is printed on a thin white layer of vinyl. This white background can be printed as close to the shirt colour as possible to disguise it, if required.
Vinyl Cut Transfers
A very thin vinyl is cut using a plotter and then applied to the garment using a heat press. Though nothing too intricate can be cut in this way as each piece needs to be picked out and applied.
There are no set up charges so cost are kept to a minimum. Vinyl comes in many effects and colours such as gloss, flock, reflective, Glow in the Dark and holographic and is ideal for shorter runs or personalised garments. Washable to 40 degrees, but cannot be ironed directly.
PROMOTIONAL ITEMS AND MERCHANDISE
LEATHER FOLDER AND OTHER ITEMS
BLIND EMBOSSING
This is by far the most popular where a logo is embossed into the leather. It is both subtle and classy and can be used on all of our standard leathers.
Foil blocking
Identical to blind blocking but a layer of foil is placed between the blocking die and the product so that colour is added to the logo when blocked. Most popular colours are gold and silver although a wide range of coloured foils are available. Please note we cannot match pantone colours when foil blocking.
Multi Coloured Logos
There are occasions when clients want to feature a multi coloured logo. We can achieve this by blocking each colour separately, building the logo in stages for a really terrific impact. Please note we have to personalise the leather prior to the product being made up so there may be minimum quantity requirements.
Debossed logos
Logos where the image is raised above the surface of the leather can also be a very effective method of creating maximum impact. The blocking has to be done prior to the final product being assembled.
LASER ENGRAVING
Metal Goods and Pens
Laser marking or engraving is very much as it sounds. A computer controlled laser beam is used to either discolour the surface of a component or to actually engrave it by vaporising material. The laser and its position can be very accurately controlled and this
allows a variety of effects to be achieved from putting barcodes onto stainless steel to putting company logos onto wooden pens.
TAMPO PRINTING
Odd shaped items promotional items eg golf balls.
Tampo printing is a process of Transferring an image from an etched printing plate onto a product using Silicone pads. Tampo printing allows you to print images on to virtually and shape regardless of the shape.
